Refund policy
We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to return an item, we’ve made the process as simple as possible.
Returns Eligibility
- Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
How to Return an Item
- Email us at info@crumblecrume.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
- Securely package your item(s), including the RMA number in your parcel.
- Ship the item(s) back to us.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a tracked service for your return to ensure safe delivery.
- Alternatively, we can provide a tracked returns label. The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 24 working hours of receiving the returned item(s).
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please note that original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
